How to order? You have to email me (matt@farmacy.com) to setup your lab order. Only the PANS 5 panel is available online.

Once you message me (matt@farmacy.com) with your three choices you will get an invoice via email and you can pay online and your requisition will go into the lab.

You only have until July 30 to make payment for the lab combo you would like. On July 31 the sale is over and I can't get them for you at these massive sale prices. 

You do not have to book a consultation to get results, the lab results will be emailed to you once they're available. You can take them to your current practitioner, or book a Zoom with me.
