How it works

Clicking the consultation button is the easy part. The time-consuming part is writing and sharing your symptoms and history with me. I will also send you an assessment form to complete ahead of time.

I will review your data before our call so that you can get the most out of our consultation as possible. Then, we'll decide on labs, if needed, and zero in on root cause(s). We can then talk about a protocol to address what your body needs right now and we can move ahead with the next best step.

Book your consultation

This is the easiest part of the whole process. Find a date and time that works for you and let me know if you prefer an audio or video call. Phone, Skype, Facetime and Messenger are all options.

Step 3 ...

History, assessment and labs

After you book your consultation you will be sent an email with instructions on completing your assessment, sending your history and including any labs from the last 6 months. I review this prior.

On our call we dig in deep and find what your body needs right now to get you to the next level of healing.
