Heavy Metals

Measures toxic metals such as mercury, lead, arsenic, and cadmium that can accumulate in the body and interfere with energy, brain function, hormones, and detox pathways.

Environmental Chemicals

Evaluates exposure to common environmental toxins such as pesticides, plastics, solvents, and industrial chemicals that can contribute to inflammation, hormone disruption, and chronic illness.

How to complete this test?

This is a simple urine test. We recommend (if possible) an overnight fast to increase concentration of morning urine. 

1. Stop eating and drinking after dinner on a Sunday night. ex. 7pm. 
2. Urinate overnight as needed.
3. Collect morning urine (ex. 7am) about 10-12 hours from start of fast.
